Hydraulic system
Hydraulic is one of the methods of power transmission that uses liquids as intermediaries. In hydraulic systems, hydraulic fluid, air or gas is used as an intermediary to transfer power from one point to another. These systems are known as a reliable, accurate, and trustworthy power transmission system.
Hydraulic equipment is made up of various components such as pumps, cylinders, valves, filters, pipes, and fittings. In a hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump absorbs the fluid from an energy source such as a motor or an electric motor and transfers it to hydraulic equipment such as cylinders and hydraulic motors. Hydraulic cylinders are also used to convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and are used as moving and driving tools. Valves and filters are also used to control the flow of hydraulic fluid and maintain its quality.
Due to the characteristics of hydraulic fluids, hydraulic systems have high power transmission capability, thermal stability, vibration-free operation, controllable movement speed, and reversible direction capability for moving equipment such as robots and industrial machines.
